Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

A: Orders placed online are processed within 24 hours, items are being shipped the next business day.

Q: H0W CAN I FIND MY ORDER STATUS?

A: You may check status of your order under My Account.  Also, an email notification is sent once order is shipped.

Q: WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: We accept major credit cards and Paypal.

Q: WHEN WILL YOU HAVE STOCK ON SOLD OUT ITEMS?

A: Please check after 3 business days if we re-stocked our Sold Out items.  You may email us at [email protected] to inquire or follow up.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: To serve you better,  Eve’s Luxury will begin to process your order immediately after it has been received. We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please refer to our Shipping & Return policy.

Q: DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

A: Yes. We do offer free shipping for U.S. orders over $50 dollars. For orders below $50, a minimal flat rate of $6 shipping fee is applied.

Q: HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

A: Temporarily, please contact us at [email protected] to start the return process.  Please note that  we give refund for the items purchased within 30 days after order was placed.  Shipping fee is not refundable.
